- To comply with legal, tax, licensing, insurance and safety obligations.
We do not use your personal information for automated decision-making that produces legal effects, and we do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.

- Enquiries that don't become projects: up to 24 months, then deleted or anonymized.
- Active and completed projects: contract, warranty and safety records retained for the length of the 12-year warranty plus 7 years, as required for consumer protection and insurance.
- Newsletter data: until you unsubscribe; a suppression record (email address only) is kept so we honor your opt-out permanently.
- Analytics data: aggregated and retained no longer than 26 months.
7. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your state or country of residence, you may have the right to:

- Correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Delete your personal information (subject to legal retention requirements).

We protect personal information using encrypted transmission (TLS), access controls, least-privilege staff permissions, secured job-site documentation practices and vendor due-diligence. No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we review and update our safeguards regularly and will notify you and applicable regulators of any breach as required by law.

Our services are directed to homeowners aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 (or under 16 where local law requires). If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Our website links to third-party platforms (such as Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and Houzz). Once you leave our site, their privacy policies govern your data. We embed no third-party advertising trackers.
